ADOPTION APPLICATION
Please answer all questions before submitting the application. All cats adopted will be as indoor pets only . De-clawing of any cat adopted from FBC is strictly forbidden. The adoption fee is $50.00 for adult cats. All cats are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
Submission of this application grants Fitzhugh B Crews FIV Cat Sanctuary your permission to contact the references that you have provided. In some cases, a home visit may be required in order to complete the adoption process.
